      This is a nice chess set for the price. It folds and the pieces fold in nicely in the board held by an elastic bands. The board and the pieces are all wood. I think many people buying this set are look at getting a expensive set at a cheap price but it is a sturdy set and is a great learning tool.

        I bought this set to teach my 8-year old granddaughter chess; and it works very well. The pieces are good for her little hands and pack away neatly after the game is over. We can take it on family trips too.
