This type of set requires you to dump out all the pieces and turn the board over before setting them up. On an airplane be sure you have something to hold the pieces before set up and as pieces are removed from the board.

Very well-made product. It looks great, and does not look cheap. The magnetic pieces are a nice touch. It came well wrapped and the added leather case is a plus. Overall very happy with it and would highly recommend.

I purchased this as a travel set for me and my son to play on when we camp/take trips.

The set is very nice, with nice craftsman ship. My only complaints, minor ones, are:
- the squares are rather small for the pieces
- because of the small squares, the pieces often jump/cling to each other when trying to move them.

The complaints are all trivial ones and don't really detract from the fun we have using this set.
