This Classic Staunton set is beautifully hand-crafted. Each piece is hand carved with great detail. The horse in this set has the finest of details such as the musculature, the hair on his mane as well as intricately carved teeth. The pieces are finished in a high gloss lacquer that makes the pieces appear as if they were made of glass. The double weighted pieces come with a 3.75 and 3.25 inch king and green felt on the bottoms. This set is very impressive when paired with the high gloss board.
